Beneath the surface

Every year thousands of tourists flock to the tiny island of Santorini to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. At the same time a transient work force travels to the same island to work the holiday season serving the tourists. This project explores the contrasting relationship that these transient populations have with this otherwie inhospitable volcanic island.
